1. The Alliance (Introduction)
The website https://myheroarc.com/ and any related mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”) are owned and operated by MY HERO ARC LLP (“My Hero Arc”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to our gear and services.
Our mission is to equip the world’s Main Characters with high-quality apparel. By using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, which constitute a legal agreement between you and MY HERO ARC LLP.
2. Your Hero Profile (Accounts)
To access certain features, you must register a “Hero Profile” (Account).
True Identity: You represent that all information provided is accurate and current. No “alter-egos” (impersonation) are allowed.
Security: You are responsible for guarding your login credentials. If your account is compromised, notify our Command Center immediately.
Conduct: Your account is for personal use. Using our Platform for “villainous” activities (hacking, spamming, or data mining) will lead to immediate account termination.
3. Intellectual Property: The Forge
All content on this Platform—including designs, logos, text, graphics, and the “My Hero Arc” name—is the exclusive property of MY HERO ARC LLP.
Copyright Protection: Our gear is “Forged” in-house. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our designs for commercial use without our express written “Authorization Scroll” (permission).
Feedback: Any suggestions you send us to improve our gear become part of the My Hero Arc universe, and we may use them without compensation.
4. Product Information & Battle Gear
We strive for legendary accuracy. However:
Visual Representation: Colors and textures may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Pricing: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders resulting from technical glitches.
Availability: Even heroes run out of stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without notice.
5. The Hero’s Conduct (Prohibited Content)
If you interact with our community or upload content, you must not post anything that:
Infringes on any third-party intellectual property.
Is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or promotes discrimination.
Threatens the unity, integrity, or security of India or friendly foreign nations.
Contains misinformation or viruses.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our Platform and gear are provided on an “as is” basis. While we strive for perfection, MY HERO ARC LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
- Being a hero means being satisfied with your armor. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Page for specific rules on how to exchange gear or request a refund.
8. Termination of the Arc
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated The Hero’s Code (these Terms). You may also close your account at any time.
9. Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be settled exclusively in the courts of Chennai, India.
